Mr. Spanbroek currently serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Transtrend and All Options. Until June 2023, he was Chairman of the Futures Industry Association’s European Principal Traders Association (FIA EPTA). A position he held for 12 years after co-founding FIA EPTA. Mr. Spanbroek also served as a member of the Global FIA Board till June 2023. He retired as a non-executive Director of Aquis Exchange in April 2023 after serving 10 years on their Board. He served as Chairman of CME Europe from 2013 to 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Spanbroek was a partner at Getco and served nine years as Director of GETCO Europe. Before joining GETCO, he spent 15 years at Dutch market making firm Van der Moolen, where he was a floor market maker in derivatives and he fulfilled a variety of executive roles in the Netherlands, the UK and the U.S.

Ms. Rouschop currently serves as Chief Sustainability Officer at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Ms. Rouschop joined ABN AMRO Bank in 1995, where she has held a variety of executive roles in different countries. Prior to her current role, she served as ABN AMRO's Country Executive Belgium & CEO Private Banking Belgium. In addition, she served as supervisory board member of ABN AMRO Investment Solutions and Triodos Mees Pierson, and is co-founder and board member of The Children's Khazana Foundation.

Mr. Teilhard de Chardin is founder and CEO of Advisors & Partners, a London-based investment advisory firm focused on offering alternative investment solutions. Mr. Teilhard de Chardin spent a significant part of his professional life in derivatives trading and brokerage, ultimately leading to the roles of Global Head of Prime Brokerage and Chairman of the Prime Brokerage Board at Newedge Group, until 2011.

Mr. Van Hest currently serves as Chief Risk Officer and member of the Management Board of Transtrend’s shareholder ORIX Corporation Europe. In addition, Mr. Van Hest serves as non-executive Director of Canara Robeco Asset Management Company in India and Gravis Capital Management in the UK. Before joining ORIX Corporation Europe in 2018 as Head of Risk Management, Mr. Van Hest spent 14 years at Rabobank, where he fulfilled several management positions in the field of risk management. From 2002 through 2004, Mr. Van Hest worked as an ALM consultant at ORTEC.
